Kindly review the following details of our cancellation policy: **General Cancellation Policy:** For "Drive Through Firewood" and "Visits to the Lumberyard" appointments, we require a non-refundable deposit upon booking. This deposit will be eligible for a refund only if the appointment is canceled 24 hours or more in advance. **Professional Consultation Appointments:** For Professional Consultation appointments, a $25 non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied at the time of booking. This fee will be waived if the appointment is canceled 24 hours or more in advance. **Card Charge Authorization:** Upon scheduling an appointment with BridgeWood Tree Care, you hereby grant us permission to charge your provided card for the applicable non-refundable deposit or cancellation fee, in adherence to the aforementioned cancellation policy. This authorization encompasses the total amount specified during the booking process. **Fraud Protection and Refunds:** BridgeWood Tree Care is dedicated to upholding stringent security measures to safeguard against fraudulent activities. Should any unauthorized or fraudulent card usage be identified, we kindly request your immediate notification. Refunds will be processed in line with the guidelines outlined in our cancellation policy.
