About the Role

"Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior management team of our Tree Care service business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars and schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior management team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Manage and maintain confidential information, including contracts, financial reports, and employee records.
Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other business partners.
Conduct research and compile information for projects and initiatives.
Coordinate logistics for company events and meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging catering.
Manage special projects and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software and tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Experience in the tree care industry preferred, but not required.
Physical Demands:
The Executive Assistant is a desk-based job with light physical demands. The candidate should be able to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and attend meetings and events as required.

Confidentiality: The Executive Assistant may be privy to sensitive information about the business, clients, and team members. Therefore, they should have a high level of discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.


Adaptability: The Executive Assistant should be able to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure. They should be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the tree service industry is a plus, as it will help the Executive Assistant better understand the business and provide better support.
