About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Arborist Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Develop sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Work with the operations team to ensure that jobs are completed to the client's satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to clients and prospects.
Provide ongoing account management, including monitoring and reporting on account performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and resolving any issues.
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our brand.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services and competitive landscape.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the tree care industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to manage and develop client accounts, drive revenue growth, and exceed sales targets.
Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
The Arborist Sales Account Manager is a desk-based job with moderate to light physical demands. The candidate should be able to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and attend meetings and events as required.
